About Maximum Cleaning

We provide commercial and residential cleaning services across Massachusetts, serving areas such as Boston, Cambridge, Brookline, Newton, Worcester, Framingham, and nearby communities. For commercial clients, we also disinfect critical touchpoints and high-traffic areas.

Arrival Window

  • First appointment: we aim to arrive at the scheduled time
  • Other appointments: a one-hour arrival window may apply (traffic and prior appointments)

Service Expectations

  • Keep surfaces reasonably clear so our team can clean efficiently
  • Secure valuables and fragile items before we arrive
  • Allow cleaned surfaces to dry completely before use
  • Keep pets safely contained to ensure a safe work environment

Supplies & Equipment

We can bring standard equipment as needed (vacuum, mop, and basic tools). If you prefer specific products or have site requirements, please let us know in advance so we can align expectations.

Any unfamiliar products provided by the client will be used at the client’s responsibility, especially on delicate surfaces.

Payment & Booking

Payment method and timing are confirmed during booking. For some services or first-time appointments, pre-payment may be required to secure the date and time.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Please provide at least 24 business hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

  • Less than 24-hour notice: a fee may apply
  • No access upon arrival: the full service fee may apply

If a cancellation occurs after our team arrives, the full service fee may apply. Emergencies are handled with understanding whenever possible.
