Maximum Cleaning provides professional cleaning services for homes and businesses, including Residential Cleaning, Deep Cleaning, Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning, Post-Construction Cleaning, and Commercial Cleaning. The exact scope depends on the service selected, property condition, and any confirmed requests prior to the appointment.

2) Estimates

Estimates and Pricing

Quotes are based on service type, property size, number of rooms, condition, and the level of detail requested. If on-site conditions differ significantly from the information provided, we may adjust the scope, duration, or pricing to complete the service properly. Any changes will be communicated before proceeding.

3) Scheduling

Scheduling and Arrival Windows

Arrival times may be provided as a window to accommodate traffic and prior appointments. We aim to communicate promptly if delays occur. For recurring commercial services, schedules are confirmed in advance and may be adjusted with notice when needed.

4) Access

Access to the Property

Clients are responsible for providing safe and timely access at the scheduled time. If we cannot enter the property or access required areas, the appointment may be treated as a late cancellation and a rescheduling fee may apply.

Limitations of Liability

Maximum Cleaning is not responsible for pre-existing damage, improper installation of fixtures, delicate items not disclosed in advance, or normal wear and tear. Any liability, if applicable, is limited to the value of the cleaning service provided.
